From my recliner if I look back at how I should have been a better manager it would be a few principles:

- u need signature authority (even Steve Jobs notoriously was physically draggin staff off MS-DOS equivalent projects to MacOS

- guts beats xxxx and is bred earlier

- at Texas Inst (still in business) the mantra was beans and chips all the same to a Manager. Not so sure ...
