Sir John Hayes

I heard Sir John Hayes slay the Labour & green party at a hustings a while back (a couple or so yrs). The topic was abortion and he stood there and said that babies are being aborted for having hair lips (upto birth disabled can be killed in the UK).

He didn’t need to point at his own lips the implication was obvious. It shut the woke up for sure & he got re-elected again.

Indeed he worked the room from the moment he entered and left shaking hands with all. Happy days.

I have no idea who my new (two jobs) MSP is — no hustings, no chance to ask questions. Democracy my backside my Dad would have said
