Overall I feel that your segmentation is worthwhile but having skimmed the Vimeo presentation I was struggling to engage with the concept of increasing the number to 7 when schools I know are really limited to about half that number (class, hall, outside). That all said I appreciate your more considered approach as opposed to some of the tosh that is spoken & written in the various other Scottish forums.
