Isabella & I were looking round & here are a few thoughts

Back fence gate

Last decade there was much lobbying from the teenagers at #7 Valentine Crescent to get a back fence gate in order to reduce their walking distance. I resisted such since I felt it compromised the security of our house. (I ended up having to drive certain of my kids back from school as a quid pro quo)

Greenhouse

Obviously the glass in the greenhouse is fragile, but if you wish to keep it & maybe indulge in an allotment then such can be replaced with polycarbonate. I suspect that the builders would be amenable to removing the glass as its in their line of entry
