Directions about the Deepings
The church, Our Lady of Lincoln and St Guthlac, is a mile and a half from the centre of Market Deeping, the latter being accessible by driving south from Baston or north from Peterborough on the A15. At the roundabout, in the centre, head east towards Deeping St James; cross the Godsey Lane mini roundabout and at the Scholes fork take the road to the right and follow to where river emerges. Turn left, shortly after the bridge, onto Hereward Way and proceed until you reach the church which is on the corner just before the school.

The Crematorium is on the other side of Peterborough and probably best accessed by following the cortege, most likely via the A15.

The Black Horse is in Baston village back north of Market Deeping. Follow the A15, towards Sleaford and at the crossroads just before exiting Baston turn right onto Main Street. Proceed almost to the end of the village to the well marked venue.
